Your recruitment enquiry details.

This notice explains how Super Elite Creator Network (SECN), operated by WJD Global Ltd, uses information you submit through our optional website enquiry form. Official creator applications are submitted separately on TikTok, whose privacy notice applies to information collected there.

What we collect and why

We collect your name, email, message and the confirmations you provide, plus your TikTok username and location if you choose to share them. We use these details to answer your enquiry and help with joining. We do not ask for passwords, payment information or identity documents in this form.

Who can access it

Authorised SECN team members can access enquiries. Netlify processes and stores form submissions on our behalf, including automated spam checks. Information may be processed outside the UK, subject to the provider’s applicable safeguards. We do not publish enquiries or sell contact details.

Legal basis and retention

We use the details you choose to provide to take steps at your request before a possible membership agreement, and where appropriate for our legitimate interest in managing recruitment. Your contact confirmation relates to this enquiry; it is not a newsletter subscription. Enquiries that do not lead to membership should be deleted within six months of the last recruitment contact. Accepted creators’ relevant details may become part of their membership record. Retention is managed by SECN.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, withdraw your enquiry, or object to relevant processing by emailing superelitecn@gmail.com. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We collect an 18-or-over confirmation rather than your full date of birth.

Website and hub

The private Creator Hub has separate invited-account access. Applying does not automatically create an account. This public page does not load advertising or analytics trackers; the hosting provider may process technical request information to operate and secure the website.
